Usage of Manganese Tablets

● Our manganese tablets adjust the temperature of molten aluminum not lower than 720°C, and the optimum temperature is not lower than 740°C.

● Calculate the required amount according to the composition standard of the compounded gold.

● Drain the aluminum slag, disperse the additive block as much as possible and throw it into the molten aluminum, and stir it slightly.

● Stir for about 3-5 minutes until the manganese is evenly dispersed.

Points of use: temperature, disperse, stir well.

Notice:

● Avoid throwing it on the inner wall of the furnace when putting it in, and it is not suitable to put it in one place in the molten aluminum.

● The unpacked manganese agent block should be used up within five days as much as possible, and the manganese agent after unpacking should be used up within one month as much as possible.

● Store at low temperature (<200°C) by the furnace to preheat before use.
