TLL-A series vertical scraper discharge centrifuge

Application scope

TLL-A series vertical scraper discharge centrifuge works according to the principle of centrifugal filtration. The wet coal passes through the inlet and enters the space between the screen basket and the spiral scraper through the fabric cone. Under the action of centrifuge, water and small particles (centrifugal liquid) pass through the material layer and enter the water collection tank through the screen, and then are discharged out of the machine through the discharge pipes designed on both sides of the machine; the coal particles are kept on the inside of the screen, and because there is a certain speed difference between the spiral scraper and the screen basket, the spiral scraper scrapes the coal particles off the screen and sends them to the bottom of the screen, thus discharging the dehydrated slurry coal into the receiving funnel under the machine.

Technical characteristics

1. It has the advantages of strong adaptability, low product moisture, smooth and reliable work, etc.

2. The handling capacity of the centrifuge varies greatly with the coal quality and the composition of the feed particle size. Generally speaking, more fine particles in the feed decreases the processing capacity and increases the product moisture.
