Series ML Slurry Pump

Product Introduction

ML series slurry pump is a horizontal, cantilever centrifugal pump, which adopts a vertical axial split double pump shell structure. The pump body has a replaceable wear-resistant metal lining or rubber lining. The impeller is made of wear-resistant metal or rubber materials, which has good wear-resistance, corrosion resistance and high reliability. The product has reasonable structure, reliable operation and long service life. Because this type of pump has thick wear parts and is equipped with heavy brackets, it is suitable for conveying highly abrasive, high concentration slag slurry or low concentration high lift slag slurry. Within the maximum allowable working pressure range of the pump, it can be used in series at multiple levels.In addition, our company has newly developed ceramic materials.

ML series slurry pump is mainly used in mining, metallurgy, municipal, power, coal, petroleum, chemical, building materials and other industries.

Product Feature

1. The flow-passing parts are made of wear-resisting metal or rubber liner, have the good wear-resisting, the corrosion resistance and the high reliability.

2. The use of high capacity bearing design, using grease or oil lubrication to adapt to different operating conditions.

3. The clearance between the impeller and the cover plate could be adjusted to ensure the pump to operate at high efficiency point.

4. The shaft seal adopts the packing seal, the expeller drive seal and the mechanical seal, which adapts to different working conditions.

5. Pump and drive machine can choose direct drive, v-belt drive, hydraulic coupling drive, reducer drive.

6. The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degree by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installation and application.
